Why is the Salesperson plan the only one with public pricing?
The Salesperson plan is a flat per-user subscription — same price for everyone. Check out online, get your access by email, and we'll help you get set up. The dealership plans (Store, DP / GM, Greeter Station) are priced based on store size, role mix, and rooftop count, so they're better handled as a 15-minute conversation than a one-size-fits-all number. Email sales@deskview.ai and you'll have a quote tailored to your store within one business day.
What if my store joins DeskView AI later — do I lose my history?
No. When your dealership signs up for a Store plan, your individual Salesperson account auto-merges into the store. Your deal history, performance data, and Game Plan history all carry over. Your individual subscription cancels automatically — you don't pay for both.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial — but every plan is month-to-month with no contract. Cancel anytime from your account if it's not working for you. We'd rather earn your subscription every month than lock you in. For dealership plans (Store, DP / GM, Greeter Station), every evaluation starts with a 20-minute personalized demo, and qualifying stores can run a 30-day paid pilot before committing long-term.
Why are you running a waitlist instead of letting me buy now?
Honesty: the Salesperson-only experience is in active development. Today, DeskView AI is built around stores, with role-specific views for individuals on a store's plan. The standalone Salesperson plan — where a single rep can sign up without their dealership being on the platform — is launching soon. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The Salesperson plan is month-to-month with no contract. Dealership plans are also month-to-month — no annual commitments unless you choose one for a discount. Cancel from your account at any time.
Will the Salesperson plan be on the App Store?
Yes — coming after the web launch. DeskView AI is mobile-first and already runs as a Progressive Web App (PWA) you can add to your home screen. We're submitting a native iOS and Android app to the App Store and Google Play once the Salesperson plan launches publicly. App Store pricing will be slightly higher to absorb Apple/Google's revenue share — the web price is always the cheapest.
